MICHELLE A. TODD practices in all areas of school law, including special education, litigation and labor and personnel issues. Ms. Todd lectures on a variety of special education and student issues and co-authored the National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys' publication, Employee Use and Abuse of Social Networking Sites. She is a member of the National and Illinois Council of School Attorneys. Ms. Todd graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with honors and received her law degree in 2006 from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she served as vice-president of the Moot Court Honors Society and was inducted into the Chicago-Kent College of Law Bar and Gavel Society. During law school, Ms. Todd served an internship with the United States Attorneys' Office and served an externship for the Honorable George W. Lindberg, U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of Illinois. Ms. Todd was admitted to practice in 2006. |
