BARBARA A. ERICKSON represents school districts, municipalities, and park districts in all areas of the law, with a primary concentration on employee benefits and labor.  Ms. Erickson also has experience in real estate and general contract review.  Prior to attending law school, she worked in private industry for seven years as a Project Manager and Manager of Regulatory Compliance and Environmental Control. 

Ms. Erickson graduated from St. Cloud State University with a B.A. in Biomedical Science.  She earned her Masters degree in Industrial Safety and Hygiene from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and her Certificate in Hazardous Materials Management from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management. 

Ms. Erickson received her law degree and Certificate in Labor and Employment Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she also was a student editor for the Illinois Public Employee Relations Report.
