DEBRA H. JACOBSON received her bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois with highest honors. In 2005, she graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, where she was a published note editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal, a moot court octofinalist, and a member of the law school's admissions committee.

During law school, Ms. Jacobson served an internship at the Indiana University Legal Counsel's office and worked at Hodges, Loizzi in the summer of 2004. Ms. Jacobson practices in all areas of school law and municipal law.
