DEBRA H. JACOBSON practices in all areas of school law, with a focus on student, special education, and litigation matters. She speaks regularly on student and special education issues and is a member of the National and Illinois Council of School Attorneys. Ms. Jacobson received her bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with highest honors and received her law degree from the Indiana University Mauer School of Law in Bloomington, where she was a published note editor and served an internship with the university's legal counsel's office.
