JOHN L. DIJOHN has represented school districts and other public and private entities in all areas of law, with a concentration in labor, personnel and employment matters. Mr. DiJohn was previously associated with a national labor/employment firm, where he advised private sector employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters and represented clients before such agencies as the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC), the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR), and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Mr. DiJohn graduated from DePaul University and received his law degree and a certificate in labor and employee law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was honored as a Chicago-Kent Merit Scholar. Mr. DiJohn served as a Student Editor of the Illinois Public Employee Relations Report and worked as a research assistant for the Director of the Institute for Law in the Workplace. |
