ROBERT A. KOHN  has concentrated his practice for the past 26 years in all areas of school district and park district law including intergovernmental agreements, real estate transactions, zoning and land use issues, property tax assessments, annexation, consolidation and dissolution of districts, and board governance matters. 

Mr. Kohn is a former member of the Board of Education of Highland Park School District No. 108.  Mr. Kohn graduated cum laude from Washington University, where he also received his law degree and served as senior editor of the Law Quarterly.
