STEVEN M. RICHART received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated in 2005 with high honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and earned a certificate in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

During law school, Mr. Richart worked for the City of Chicago Department of Law and served as a judicial intern with the 18th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois, DuPage County and completed his externship under U.S. Magistrate Judge Arlander Keys. He is also certified as a volunteer mediator and speaks Spanish and German. Mr. Richart practices in all areas of school law and municipal law.
